NVS Movement is the trading name of NVS FZE LLC, a Free Zone Establishment registered in the United Arab Emirates.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

You will receive an order confirmation by email. An order is accepted when we confirm that it has been accepted for fulfilment.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred, or we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in AED and include applicable taxes where required.

We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

Payment must be completed at checkout using the payment methods available on our website.

6. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional codes and offers may be subject to specific terms, expiry dates or product exclusions.

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or applied to previous purchases.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only.

Shipping rates, estimated delivery times and other delivery information are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable UAE law.
