At NVS, we currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only.

Shipping Rates

• Free standard shipping on orders of AED 250 or more.
• AED 25 standard shipping on orders below AED 250.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

• Dubai: 1–3 business days
• Other Emirates: 2–5 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, promotional events, public holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

You can track your order using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost or Damaged Orders
