Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every NVS piece you receive. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

Items must be:

Unworn, unused and unwashed.
In their original condition.
With all original tags attached.
Returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible.
Free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair or other signs of wear.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

For standard returns:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
A AED 25 return processing fee applies to full-order returns.
Partial returns are not subject to the AED 25 processing fee.
If your original order qualified for free shipping (AED 250 or more) and your return brings the remaining order value below AED 250, the original AED 25 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

The AED 25 processing fee does not apply to defective, damaged or incorrect items.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as NVS cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees and applicable return fees are non-refundable.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at hello@nvsmovement.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for standard returns:

Gift cards.
Final Sale or Clearance items, where clearly identified as such before purchase.
Items that have been worn, washed or altered.
Items returned without their original tags.
Items returned after the 14-day return period.

These exclusions do not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, email hello@nvsmovement.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please do not send your return before receiving instructions from NVS.
